DIY – Simple and Quick Fall Wreaths
So, the last few weeks I’ve been making some projects for a few upcoming craft fairs I’m doing. While at the Dollar Tree I found this cute Fall ribbon and those foam wreaths. I had just bought a bunch of rolls of burlap and ideas started flowing in my head I really wanted to create some Fall Wreaths!!
I originally wanted to make one of those big full wreaths (and I still want to, of course!) Then I was somewhere.. can’t for the life of me think of the store now — it was either Target, Michaels, Joanns or Hobby Lobby — Oh, maybe Home Goods! Ok, besides the point I saw these foam wreaths wrapped in burlap and next to it was the flowers and accessories to decorate it. I loved the simplicity of the wreath so I wanted to make something simple with a bow. These would be great to sell at a craft fair and very inexpensive if you can get to your local dollar store. I’m always looking for great finds to alter and decorate and these DIY – Simple and Quick Fall Wreaths are PERFECT!.
I used my hot glue gun to adhere the burlap around. Be careful the burlap does have holes in it!!!
As for my bow, I cut a few 6-7 inch strips, and looped them using a needle and thread to sew them together. I love how doing that causes the ribbon to bunch. Then I glued that down, added my berries, which I also bought at the Dollar Tree. The final topping was my adorable button with some twine! Super cute and fast to make.
Thanks for visiting I hope you enjoyed my DIY – Simple and Quick Fall Wreaths.
