Hello Shaker Card!
Shaker Card, shake it for me now, shake it for me now.. shake it for me! I could not get Luke Bryan, Shake it for me song out of my head while creating, editing and typing this post! I have seen shaker cards years and years ago and now I have been seeing them a lot more and they are so cute and so much fun to make!
I adore this little Chick Stamp set by Technique Tuesday! I used the same technique as I did before in my Copic Watercolor Background Tutorial. I probably will add more sequins to my next shaker card but I didn’t really want to cover up the grass on my image. The grass is not apart of the stamp it’s a technique I use with my Copics. I call it Flicking. You can read more about my Copic Tips on my Copic Information page. You can even download my FREE Copic guide!
The only thing different I did when coloring this image from the last image was I added W3 and W1 to the background when shadowing. I used the W3 and W1 markers directly on the page, not with the re-inkers.
I love pennant banners and there are tons of dies you can buy. But all I did for these little banners was fold over a pierced square die and it looks sooooo cute! I just love my pierced dies. I always pick those up before my solid dies. 🙂
Well I hope you like my Shaker Card.
Have a fabulous day!
