Tutorial: How to Create Cat Fur Texture using Copic Markers
First you’re going to want to color your cat hat regularly, by flicking and adding shadows. I only used C6, C4, C3, C2 to color the hat in.
Then go back with your darker color, C8 and make some small little flicks for the fur. You also want to add some tiny dots, to represent smaller fur strands.
Do the same thing with the C3. You won’t be able to define them since it’s almost the color of the hat itself, but you still need to do this to add texture.
Lastly, go back and do the same thing with C6. Make sure you’re making fur strands outside the line of the hat so it looks furry.
