Creating Bubbles using Copic Markers

Creating Bubbles using Copic Markers

What’s up my creative peeps! I’m so excited to share this fun tutorial with you today! Today we are Creating Bubbles using Copic Markers. We aren’t JUST coloring boring blue bubbles, though. We are adding lots of colors to make these bubbles look like those big colorful bubbles you used to blow as a kid. I’m using this gorgeous stamp by Tammy Tutterow Designs, ‘Joy Looks Good on You‘. I think these stamps are so much fun to create with– especially with your Copic Markers and making you think outside the lines a little with creating and coloring around the sentiment.

  • Copic Marker list

  • Bubbles – BG15, BG13, BG11, BG10, RV02, RV00, RV000, BV04. BV02, BV00, BV0000, Y11, Y000, Y0000,
  • Lettering – B18, B14, B12, C10

Ok, on on with the show.. tutorial.. here we go.. follow along!

NOTE: You are going to want one really dark side and that comes around and starts to fade. This makes the bubble look shadowed and appears more 3d.

Super fun, right?!

I had so much fun creating these bubbles. Not one bubble is alike either so change up the pattern a bit when you Create Bubbles using Copic Markers! Don’t you love the way that Marvy 1.0 White Gel pen looks on that bubble. Ok, I just have to brag about the gel pen — seriously the BEST white gel pen out there! I’ve had this for months and it’s still working. I’ve never had that with my other white gel pen. This is seriously a MUST!

Speaking of MUST! Did you see my Copic Marker MUST blog post.
