Ellen Hutson Valentine – Video Tutorial

Hi there crafty friends! I’m so excited to share this card with you today! Today I’m sharing an Ellen Hutson Valentine – Video Tutorial. I’m using some of my favorite products all in this card. This Lady is from Ellen Hutson’s Leading Lady Stamp Teacher. The coordinating Leading Lady Teacher Die set is genius — I love how her arm cuts out so you can make her hold something. The present she’s holding is from the stamp set Birthday Before and Afters by Lawn Fawn and so is the stamped heart in the background. I’ve also stamped the ‘LOVE’ from the Ellen Hutson Mondo Amaryllis stamp set.

I’m using a few different dies aside from the ones I’ve already mentioned. As you can see I’m using the Lawn Fawn Reveal Wheel along with the Reveal Wheel Friends and Family Sentiments. I’ve tried to make a reveal wheel before and having  the Reveal Wheel Templates REALLY make it so much easier! The scalloped border is a die from Sunny Studios Stamps — it’s such a great sized scallop and becoming one of my favorites! The I Love You Die is from Heffy Doodle and I love the border and the font is just gorgeous!

I distressed my background using my Shaded Lilac, Picked Raspberry and Spun Sugar Distress Oxides. I’ve Stamped my Present and Leading Lady in Memento Black ink and stamped using my Misti so I could get that perfectly stamped image. I stamped onto my Copic Xpress it blending card — my absolute favorite to color on with my Copic Markers.

Here’s a list of the colors I’m using:

Skin – E13, E11, E00, R32, R30
Hair – E43, E42, E41
Shirt – R85, R81, N3, N1, N0
Pants – N3, N1, N0
Ribbon on Present – R85, R81
Present – BV04, BV02, BV00
