Pretty Pink Posh Sneak Peek + How to Color a Dalmatian using Copic Markers
I bet you have seen some of the sneak peek posts from Pretty Pink Posh around Facebook and Instagram. This release is totally adorable! Today I’m using this stamp set called Playful Puppies. These new products won’t be available until next week.
I just adore these little puppies and there is so much you can do with them to make them look different. I decided to do dalmatian pups and share with you all how I colored them. Of course I made some of them darker than the other. Not every animal looks quite the same, you know.
Before we get to the coloring tutorial I ant to talk about the rainbow background. All I did to create this is cut strips 1/2 inch of my scrap papers. I chose the rainbow colors(pastel). Then I took a white piece of card stock and glued the strips diagonally to the entire 4 1/8 x 5 3/8 inch of white card stock. All the different sizes of strips actually make an awesome pattern — but I trimmed them all off along the white card stock then mounted it to my card using some foam tape and voila!
The border die is also from Pretty Pink Posh’s — a previous release– but that gorgeous Get Well Soon is from this release that you will also receive if you order the Release Bundle! I’m also using the new Classic Jewels from Pretty Pink Posh!
I didn’t use THAT many colors on this card since they are all black and white dogs. Here’s a list of what I used.
C00, N0, N1, N3, N5 N9, R000, R30, R32, R35, BG13, BG15, BG18
I absolutely just LOVE the way this card turned out. I hope you do too and it inspires you to color and create this weekend!
